Watertown Animal Hospital, L.L.P., a privately owned, state-of-the art practice, has been servicing the Watertown Community and surrounding areas since 1970. We are a progressive, 5-Doctor, mixed animal practice that provides compassionate care and a high standard of customer service to our clients.
Watertown Animal Hospital is open from 8:00am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday, and open Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm.
We are currently looking for a full time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the morning shift (8am – 5pm) and one for the afternoon shift (10am – 6:30pm). We are looking for a team-player who is passionate about their career and works well in in a goal-oriented team. Working well in a fast-paced, friendly environment is a must. The CSR provides the first impression to the clients and patients. The ideal candidate should have proven customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle all situations with a professional demeanor. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. One year of veterinary or office experience is strongly preferred, as the position can be fast-paced. Hours will include rotating Saturdays and will require flexibility.
Responsibilities & Duties: Opening and closing the Practice, answering multiple phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking-in clients, checking-out clients, processing payment, and taking messages for our Doctors & Licensed Technicians.

Salary: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour
