My little fur baby got badly hurt and almost lost her eye. Watertown Animal hospital not only got me and her in quickly. but they were so gentle and loving with my dog. they let me stay with her as the sedated her and kept me and her calm and welcome. The front desk woman Rhonda, the Vet Tech Allison and the vet Dr.D were all amazing. they take such great care of all of their clients. I will forever bring my fur babies to them. thank you all for all of your care and love. and while we aren’t out of the woods with her eye yet. we are in much better shape now. -Mike R.
We just had a visit the other day. I felt the staff were kind and friendly. My dog is a handful but she was still treated with the same concern and given the same time as anyone else.

I’ve been a client of Watertown Animal Hospital for +30 years. Everyone there is compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. Their care has allowed us to manage the health and well being of one of our kitties who has had multiple issues over the years. They truly care about what’s best for the animal in maintaining a good quality of life.
Veterinary work is difficult and emotional. Patients can’t tell you what’s wrong, and pet parents can be very emotional (and unrealistic). I have nothing but the deepest respect for everyone that works there.
